Notice to Students Withdrawing from Keio University and Faculty Members Retiring in March, 2017 (about keio.jp)

Students who withdraw from Keio University (except withdrawal from the doctoral program after the completion of required course work without submission of a thesis) and faculty members who retire from Keio University will not be able to use any of the applications available on keio.jp after 3:00 p.m. on March 31, 2017. For details, see the following information.

  1. You will be able to use only Keio Mail forwarding services for 1 year. Please set forwarding address by yourself before 3:00 p.m. on March 31, 2017.

  1. Please save your G Suite data including Keio Mail (Gmail) and Box data by yourself before 3:00 p.m. on March 31, 2017.

  1. Software licenses on keio.jp are available only before you withdraw or retire. After withdrawing or retiring, be sure to uninstall the software and licenses as soon as possible.

It is possible for students who attend a graduate school or enroll in courses at Keio University to continuously use Keio ID which you already obtained.

Faculty members who become honorary professors or teachers will be able to use all services of Keio Mail continuously after retiring.
