Notice to Students withdrawing from Keio University and faculty members retiring in March, 2016 (keio.jp)

Students who withdraw from Keio University (except withdrawal from the doctoral program after the completion of required course work without submission of a thesis) and faculty members who retire from Keio University will not be able to use almost applications on keio.jp after March 31, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.

1. You will not be able to use Keio Mail except forwarding services for 1 year after March 31, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.

2. Please save received e-mails by yourself before March 31, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.

3. Software licenses on keio.jp are available only before you graduate. After graduating, be sure to uninstall the software and licenses as soon as possible.

It is possible for students who attend a graduate school or enroll in courses at Keio University to continuously use Keio ID which you already obtained.

The faculty members who become honorary professors or teachers can use all services of Keio Mail continuously after retiring.
