Logging In
To access and use the "Class Support", you must first log into keio.jp. The procedure for accessing the "Class Support" is described below.
For students that are not qualified to have a Keio ID, see Apply for Local User Accounts for details on the necessary procedures for using the system.
Log into keio.jp.
If you forget your Keio ID or password, you must submit a inquiry or apply to have your ID or password re-issued. For security reasons, conducting these procedures over the phone or via email is not allowed. You must visit the nearest ITC office and present your student card (if you are a student) or some other form of identification, such as your health insurance card or driver's license (if you are a faculty member).
Click the [Class Support] button in the application list.
(The location of this button might vary, depending on the applications that are available.)
The "Class Support" login windows for students and faculty members are different. For details about the features and steps performed after you log in, see the following manuals.
The [Class Support (Student Mode)] button and the [Education Support System] button appear in the application list for faculty members. Using this feature, a faculty member can view window contents just as they are seen by students. However certain contents, such as updates, have their own characteristics, and thus are displayed differently in the windows seen by students.
