This is a single sign-on web system for all faculty members, staff members and students.Services of G Suite are Gmail(called Keio Mail), Drive, Calendar, Groups and Contacts which are provided by Google.

Description: This service provides online training for key software programs, like Windows and the Office Suite.

2-2. The Health Examination Result

Description: The Health Center provides health examinations, and promptly reports results to prevent health problems and facilitate the implementation of health measures.

2-5. Notification System for Freshmen

Description: This is a web site posted a variety of announcements for freshmen. It will be open only to the enrollment period of the spring and fall semester.

2-6. Software Licensing Center

Description: This is the software licensing system that Keio University subscribes to. Because of contractual restrictions, the software programs available to a user depend on the attributes of the user's account.

2-8. Report of Infectious Disease

Description: It is the system to report when suffering from infectious diseases.

2-9. WebEx

Description: This is a web conferencing service provided by Cisco. It makes meetings more efficient by sharing documents, agendas, notes and recordings in a convenient and accessible online meeting space.

3-1. KOSMOS My Library

Target users: Faculty members, staff members, and students

Description: This system can be used to make inquiries about the status of documents you are currently using (borrowed, reserved, overdue, etc.) at the university libraries.

3-2. E-Journals/Databases

Target users: Faculty members, staff members, and students

Description: This system authenticates users on keio.jp and allows e-journals and databases through remote access from inside and outside the campus. Because of contractual restrictions, access might not be permitted, depending on the attributes of the user's account.

Description: This is an application for posting messages to faculty and staff members. The messages contain information received from various sections.

4-2. Intranet for Faculty/Staff

Description: This is an information portal site available to faculty and staff members. Faculty and staff members can access public relations magazines, application forms, information pages managed by various sections, and other useful information.

Description: Staff members who belong to the nursing department can check the own vacation days on this system.

5-1. Placement and Career Services System

Target users: Staff members and students

Description: Students looking for a job can use Job Vacancy Navigation to search and view job-opening and seminar information. They can also enter their career path plan and Shinro-todoke (Report of Career Plan After Graduation), and search and view job-hunting experience reports.

5-2. Alumni Career Advisor Directory (Search for Keio alumni who can meet you and offer career advice.)

Description: This is a system where Keio students can use the information on Alumni Career Advisor Directory to send e-mails and request visits to Keio alumni who graduated in or after April 2014.

6-1. KLL Research Grant for Ph.D. Program

Description: This system can be used to enter and distribute the research achievements, profile information, current activities, etc. of Keio researchers.

7-1.Education Support System

Description: The Education Support System consists of a broad range of educational functions such as editing course descriptions, syllabi, and timetables for faculty members. Students and faculty members may also use the system to browse courses.

Description: This is a system designed to support the education information environment. It provides course materials, reports, announcements, and a discussion forum for each course, according to the course registration data.

7-3. Academic Affairs Web System

Description: This system provides essential services for students such as class registration etc.

7-4. Web Entry System

Target users: Students

Description: It is the system for students to register classes which require pre-entry. It depends on each of faculties that the entry periods of classes and which classes can be registered on the Web Entry System.

7-5. Pre-Course Registration

Description: It is the system for pre-course registration.

7-6. Grade Reports

Target users: Faculty members and students

Description: Students are allowed to view grade reports that have all personal identifiers removed. Undergraduate grade reports are sent to the student's guarantor, while grade reports for graduate students are sent directly to the student.

7-7. Teacher-training course

Description: It is the system to support students taking the teacher training course.

7-8. SDM e-Learning System

Target users: Students taking SDM course only

Description: It is the e-Learning system for SDM students. It is only available for the students taking SDM course.

7-9. Econ GradTheses Repository
