Notice for faculty and staff members retiring in the end of September, 2022 (regarding use of keio.jp)

As a rule, individuals who will be leaving Keio University upon retirement in the end of September, 2021 will lose access to all applications associated with their “keio.jp” account, with the exception of Keio Mail. The service will become progressively unavailable after 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

• Individuals leaving Keio University will also lose access to Google Workspace, Box, OneDrive, Webex and Zoom so they will need to back up their data by following the instructions provided.
• Please coordinate with the Human Resources Department regarding clocking out for those using the work management system.
