Keio ID - Keio Apps ID conversion

1. Access "Keio ID - Keio Apps ID conversion" (authentication at keio.jp is required).
   
   
2. Paste the old format ID (e.g. keiotaro@a2.keio.jp) into the "Input Area" of the "Address Conversion" application and click the "Old => New" button.
   
   
   
3. The new format ID will appear in the "Output Area".
