Temporary suspension of CNS Service due to Replacement of CNS file server (24th September)
CNS service will be temporarily suspended as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Date: Sunday, September 24th, 2023, 9:00-18:00 (scheduled)
Target: All CNS users (All users regardless of status such as students, faculty staff)
Impact:
Shonan Fujisawa ITC will implement the data migration of Personal home directories. If unnecessary data (e.g. temporary files for editing, data in trash box) exist, we’d kindly ask you to delete them in advance as much as possible. It will enable us to transfer them more quickly.
Although we will take great care in our work, we suggest backing up important data on your own.
Target: All CNS users (All users regardless of status such as students, faculty staff)
Impact:
- PCs located at SFC are unavailable to use.
- Services using CNS file servers are unavailable.Unavailable main services are follows
- CNS Mail
- Mails arriving during the suspension period will be delivered with a delay.
- If mail forwarding is set in advance, mail will be forwarded to the mail forwarding address.
- CNS Online Storage Service
- SFC Wellness Web
- Personal Home Directories, etc
