Notice to people who have graduated/completed or resigned who are now using Keio Mail forwarding service

Keio Mail migrated to the new system, G Suite for Education (formerly Google Apps for Education), on November 11, 2014.

Since November 11, 2014, forwarding provided under the pre-migration system has continued, but on March 3, 2015, the forwarding service will migrate to G Suite for Education (formerly Google Apps for Education).

  • If you did not perform the migration procedure for forwarding setting by March 2, 2015, email forwarding will not be performed after March 3, 2015.
    (People who wish to use the forwarding service are requested to perform email forwarding setting procedure.)

  • The usage period of forwarding service will, as until now, be 1 year after separation
    (performing the procedure will neither extend the usage time nor permit permanent usage.).

    Example)
    The usage period is until March 31, 2015 for a person who separated by graduation, completion, or resignation, etc. on March 31.
    The usage period is until September 30, 2015 for a person who separated by graduation, completion, or resignation, etc. on September 30, 2014.

About mail forwarding service in the future

  • The mail forwarding service continue to available after the migration to the new system. (For more information, please look here)
  • Service usage period is one year after leaving Keio(It is not changed until now).
  • For those who left after the system migration (2014/11/11 or later) also, service usage period is one year from the left Keio.
  • GMail forwarding service is only available. You can not use G Suite for Education (formerly Google Apps for Education).
    We can not deal with besides mail forwarding.

If you do not perform the migration procedure, from March 3, 2015, email forwarding will not be performed.
