Displays a calendar in daily, weekly, and monthly units.

  1. G Suite Calendar can display a calendar in daily, weekly, monthly and four-day units. It can also display in customized units.

  2. Click "day" on the upper right of the screen to display the calendar in day units.
    You can confirm your detailed schedule for a designated day using the daily unit calendar.

  3. Click "week" on the upper right of the screen to display the calendar in weekly units.
    You can arrange and confirm your day unit schedule by week using the weekly unit calendar.

  4. Click "Month" on the upper right of the screen to display the calendar in monthly units.
    You can confirm your rough schedule by month using the monthly unit calendar.

  5. Click "schedule list" on the upper right of the screen to display a list of scheduled events.

  6. You can also display the calendar by customizing units in addition to daily, weekly, and monthly units.
    Customizing units means, for example, selecting 2 weeks as your unit enabling you to display a screen customized to display as shown in Fig. 6.

  7. To customize units, click "Designate" from the list in the on the upper right screen.

  8. You can customize units from the list: "General" - "Customize View".
    You can prepare a calendar with a customized unit by selecting a unit from the list then clicking "Save".

  9. When you have logged in to the calendar, you can revise the calendar displayed by default. You can set the default from daily, weekly, monthly, custom, or schedule list.
    To revise the default display, click "Set Calendar" from the list in the on the upper right screen.

  10. You can set the default display from the list: "General" - "Default View".
    You can revise the default of the calendar by selecting a unit from the list then clicking "Save".
